We provide fibre, wireless, and enterprise connectivity solutions, CCTV installations, WiFi systems, and network infrastructure services to residential and business clients. We are professionalising our operations and seeking a skilled, reliable, and self\-driven technician to become a key member of our team and help drive service excellence. Job Purpose To deliver high\-quality network installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, CCTV, and WiFi deployments while maintaining excellent client service standards. The ideal candidate will act as a technical ambassador for the business, working independently with minimal supervision, ensuring installations are professional, documented, and completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities \-Network Installation \& Maintenance \-Install, configure, and maintain Ubiquiti\-based wireless and fibre networks. \-Deploy and troubleshoot point\-to\-point and point\-to\-multipoint links. \-Install and configure CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs, access control integration). \-Design and install professional WiFi solutions for homes and businesses. Network Monitoring \& Support \-Perform continuous network monitoring using tools such as Ubiquiti UNMS, UISP, and other monitoring platforms. \-Respond to network outages and performance issues (including after\-hours and weekends on a rotational basis). \-Proactively identify and resolve potential network problems. Client Service \& Communication \-Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining technical issues in simple terms. \-Provide on\-site support, training, and handover to clients. \-Manage client expectations and represent the company with integrity. Material \& Asset Management \-Take full responsibility for materials, tools, and equipment issued. \-Accurately record, track, and account for all stock used on jobs. \-Minimise wastage and report any discrepancies immediately. General Technical Duties \-Work comfortably at heights (rooftops, towers, estates). \-Perform fibre splicing, termination, and testing when required. \-Conduct site surveys and provide accurate feedback for quotations. \-Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness. Administration \& Reporting \-Complete detailed job cards, installation reports, and as\-built documentation. \-Update client records and ticketing systems promptly. \-Work with own laptop for reporting, configuration, and remote access. Minimum Requirements \& Qualifications Education \-Matric (Grade 12\) certificate – essential.
