ICTENGAGE PTY LTD is looking for a Senior Desktop & Office 365 Engineer to join their team in Gqeberha. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, focusing on Office 365 and desktop environments. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting various technical issues, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective solutions.
You will conduct regular patch management, hardware support, and antivirus updates using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools. Your experience in a similar support or engineering role will be crucial as you work to maintain and enhance the IT infrastructure for clients.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT support services, particularly with Office 365. You should have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role and hold a 2- or 3-year diploma in IT support services.
