The standard start time for this role is **05:00**, after which you have the rest of your day ahead of you to enjoy everything the Garden Route has to offer. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Planning \& Delivery** * Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. * Create, maintain, and track detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports throughout the full project lifecycle. * Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within resource budget. * Coordinate internal resources and third\-party vendors for the seamless execution of projects. * Manage changes by developing practical implementation plans and communicating them effectively. * Perform ongoing risk management to identify, assess, and minimise project risks before they escalate. **Team Leadership \& Collaboration** * Lead, guide, and motivate the software team, resolving internal conflicts and fostering a collaborative, transparent working environment. * Manage day\-to\-day team activities to keep projects on track and resources appropriately allocated. * Conduct regular team meetings, troubleshoot technical issues, and facilitate the deployment of software upgrades. * Delegate technical support and production issues to the most suitable resource and manage resolution effectively. * Apply relevant project management methodologies to improve team productivity, communication, and client satisfaction....
