You will lead on and or contribute to the development and implementation of key strategic, Operational and business improvement projects. You proactively partner with key stakeholders and develop initiatives and activities positively contribute to colleague experience and improve key business metrics. You will have a keen eye for detail and will analyse key people data and include this to support all proposals. You will be accountable for leading the Centralised Services Team, ensuring governance, compliance and data integrity at the core of the function, prioritizing service and ensuring positive user experiences.
