Planet Fitness is on an exciting growth path and is looking for an App Support Agent/Junior Developer to join their Digital Technology and Transformation Team. This role is crucial for providing technical support for the Planet Fitness App and enhancing the CRM platform. You will work closely with the App Development Team and the Product Manager, ensuring that user queries are resolved efficiently and that the app continues to meet user needs.
In your day-to-day work, you will spend a significant portion of your time monitoring and addressing app support queries. You will report on support metrics and collaborate with the development team to tackle recurring issues. Additionally, you will manage the QContact CRM platform, ensuring its stability and user account administration. This includes running daily system checks and undertaking quarterly clean-ups.
Your role will also involve developing new features for the CRM platform and integrating it with the app. You will build workflows and custom code, enhancing the functionality of both the CRM and the app. This position is ideal for someone who has completed a development bootcamp or internship and has experience with programming languages like Flutter, PHP, Python, Java, or .Net.
