Herotel is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join their Commercial team in Plattekloof or Stellenbosch. In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping the complete digital experience for their telecom products. You will lead the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring that user needs are met while aligning with business goals.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include running design workshops, conducting user research, and creating user flows and prototypes. You'll also be tasked with optimizing digital acquisition and onboarding flows, using A/B testing and analytics to inform your design decisions. This position is suited for someone with at least five years of experience in UI/UX or product design, particularly in digital products.
