MDI Consulting is looking for an IT Technician who is a logical thinker and can provide excellent technical support. This role involves assisting with software solutions and maintaining IT security policies.
As an IT Technician at MDI Consulting, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients both remotely and onsite. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with the development, configuration, and deployment of customer software solutions. You will also be tasked with supporting Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring that users have the tools they need to work effectively.
In addition to technical support, you will implement and maintain IT security policies to protect client data and systems. Your experience with Acumatica operational software will be essential in providing specialized support to clients using this platform.
This role is ideal for someone with strong logical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should have at least three years of experience in the IT field, as this position requires a solid understanding of technical support processes and IT security practices.
Key responsibilities include: • Providing first and second line technical support • Supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive • Implementing and maintaining IT security policies • Offering support for Acumatica operational software
