As a Senior Call Centre AI Engineer, you'll focus on creating intelligent voice solutions for customer interactions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Python and voice AI technologies.
In this role, you'll be part of a team dedicated to enhancing customer interactions through advanced voice AI solutions. Your main responsibility will be to architect and build intelligent IVR systems and call flows using 3CX and their predictive dialer technology. This is a hands-on position where you'll leverage your expertise in Python and voice AI to create seamless customer experiences.
You will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to understand the requirements and design effective solutions. Daily tasks may include coding, testing, and deploying voice applications, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your ability to think critically and solve problems will be essential in ensuring the success of the projects you work on.
