Your primary focus will be on DevOps engineering, automation, and CI/CD delivery, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for mentoring team members on best practices in DevOps, AWS engineering, and automation. This includes conducting code reviews, pairing with colleagues, and providing practical examples to strengthen the team's skills. Your experience in CI/CD platforms like Harness, Azure DevOps, or GitLab will be valuable, even if it's not the main focus of the role.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, preferring to work directly with pipelines, code, and configuration rather than getting bogged down in process documents.
