As a Product Support Engineer (PSE), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients can effectively use our products, such as the Collision Awareness System and Drill Guidance System. Your work will involve configuring systems to meet customer needs and providing ongoing support to ensure their success.
In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will collaborate closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to advocate for customer requirements. This includes performing system testing and verification, managing firmware and software updates, and delivering configuration changes as needed. You will also engage directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support, ensuring that their experience with our products is seamless and satisfactory.
