In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both remote and onsite IT needs, ensuring that clients' network environments run smoothly and efficiently.
Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining managed network environments, configuring VLANs, and managing switches. You will also collaborate on network upgrades and troubleshoot complex issues as they arise.
