Design Practice Lead

As the Design Practice Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design strategy that connects customer experiences with organizational processes. Your work will directly impact how we deliver smarter, more human-centered healthcare solutions.

In this role, you will lead a team of design practitioners, guiding them in creating cohesive and effective design systems. You will be responsible for defining the overarching design strategy and ensuring that our design efforts align with our strategic vision. Your expertise in user experience and service design will be essential as you architect the governance model for our design system, ensuring quality and consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include: • Defining and implementing the design strategy for customer experiences • Governing the Design System as an enterprise product • Leading, coaching, and mentoring design practitioners • Ensuring seamless integration of design with agile workflows • Maintaining alignment between strategic goals and design explorations

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 10 years of experience in user experience or service design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position. A strong understanding of design tools like Figma and Miro, as well as experience in complex, regulated environments, will be highly advantageous.
