Senior Feature Analyst

As a Senior Feature Analyst at PBT Group, you will lead initiatives aimed at automating workflows within the Digital Sales Centre. Your primary responsibility will be to translate business needs into structured solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of both business processes and technical specifications, making it essential for you to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

In your day-to-day work, you will facilitate requirements gathering sessions, document current and future business processes, and design comprehensive solutions for workflow automation. You will produce detailed Business Requirement Specifications and provide clear technical specifications to developers, ensuring that solutions meet the necessary requirements. Additionally, you will manage project deliverables, flagging any risks or dependencies that may arise.

This role is well-suited for individuals with 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, particularly within the banking or financial services sectors. Strong skills in workflow analysis, process mapping, and documentation are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in a Digital Sales or Contact Centre environment will be advantageous. You should be comfortable working with process modeling tools and have a knack for translating complex business problems into actionable technical requirements.
