DK Wireless is seeking a reliable IT Support Technician to enhance their helpdesk team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to customers, addressing technical issues primarily through phone and email. Your focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction while efficiently troubleshooting problems related to networking and connectivity.
Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to support requests, maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions, and delivering clear communication to clients. You will need to have a solid understanding of MikroTik and Ubiquiti systems, as well as basic networking knowledge. Experience with Splynx, an ISP management platform, will be beneficial.
This position is best suited for someone with at least one year of experience in IT support or a helpdesk role. You should be able to work well under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role.
