In this role, you will lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of the company's core Business Intelligence system. Your primary focus will be on building and scaling robust BI systems and tools that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and ensure that the BI solutions meet those requirements effectively.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Designing and implementing data models that support reporting and analysis. • Developing and maintaining SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data. • Creating and managing dashboards and reports using data visualization tools. • Leading a team of BI developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
This position is well-suited for someone with a strong background in data analysis and BI development, along with leadership experience. You should have at least five years of relevant experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of data visualization tools and SQL is essential, while familiarity with cloud platforms and ETL processes would be advantageous.
