BI Analyst – Senior

RTT is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to enhance their logistics operations through data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze operational data and create reports and dashboards that help improve delivery performance and overall supply chain efficiency. Your work will directly impact how the company manages stock, optimizes routes, and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be the link between logistics operations and data systems, ensuring that insights lead to actionable improvements.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include gathering business requirements from stakeholders, analyzing data from various logistics systems, and developing both standard and ad-hoc reports. You will define and monitor key logistics KPIs, create interactive dashboards, and recommend process improvements based on your findings. Additionally, you will validate and cleanse data to ensure its accuracy, conduct root cause analyses for operational issues, and present your insights to leadership teams.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in data analysis and a passion for logistics. You should be comfortable collaborating with various teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure that BI solutions meet business needs. A solid understanding of BI tools and analytics techniques is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.

To succeed in this position, you should have at least five years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights through data analysis. Familiarity with logistics systems such as WMS, TMS, and ERP will be beneficial.
