**Key Responsibilities** ======================== **1\. Project Delivery \& Governance** -------------------------------------- * Lead end\-to\-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Establish and manage project governance structures, including scope management, planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes. * Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, frameworks, and reporting standards. * Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary. **2\. Stakeholder \& Communication Management** ----------------------------------------------- * Engage proactively with project sponsors, business owners, and stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain alignment. * Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and key decisions through clear and concise reporting. * Facilitate collaboration and transparency across cross\-functional teams, vendors, and external partners. * Prepare and deliver executive\-level presentations and status updates. **3\.
