Senior Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities** ======================== **1\. Project Delivery \& Governance** -------------------------------------- * Lead end\-to\-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Establish and manage project governance structures, including scope management, planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes. * Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, frameworks, and reporting standards. * Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary. **2\. Stakeholder \& Communication Management** ----------------------------------------------- * Engage proactively with project sponsors, business owners, and stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain alignment. * Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and key decisions through clear and concise reporting. * Facilitate collaboration and transparency across cross\-functional teams, vendors, and external partners. * Prepare and deliver executive\-level presentations and status updates. **3\. Planning \& Execution** ----------------------------- * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with delivery teams. * Coordinate project dependencies and ensure timely completion of critical activities. * Track project progress against agreed timelines and budgets. * Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and key decisions impacting project success. **4\. Team Leadership \& Collaboration** ---------------------------------------- * Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project teams and service providers. * Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high\-performance working environment. * Mentor and support junior project managers, coordinators, or team members where applicable. * Encourage teamwork, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing. **5\. Quality, Risk \& Continuous Improvement** ----------------------------------------------- * Ensure project outputs meet agreed quality standards and business objectives. * Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. * Conduct lessons learned reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Promote process optimisation and best practices across project delivery functions. **Minimum Requirements** ======================== **Qualifications** ------------------ * Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. * Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or equivalent will be advantageous. **Experience** -------------- * Minimum of 8\+ years’ experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead project management role. * Proven track record of successfully delivering large\-scale, complex, multi\-stakeholder projects. * Experience managing both business and technical projects. * Experience...
