This role involves providing first- and second-line IT support to ensure that users have a seamless experience with their technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 services, as well as experience in managing Windows Server environments.
In this position, you will be responsible for both onsite and remote support, helping users troubleshoot and resolve their technical issues. You'll also need to maintain accurate documentation of your support activities, which is crucial for tracking and improving service quality. Participation in standby support may be required, so flexibility is important.
