As a Senior Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of client environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve responding to security incidents, operating security tools, and supporting clients in enhancing their security posture.
In this role, you will serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for various security incidents, including business email compromises and ransomware attacks. You will lead technical analyses during incidents, coordinating with SOC teams and utilizing security tools to contain and eradicate threats. Your ability to produce accurate incident timelines and technical findings will be vital for client follow-ups and internal reviews.
You will also be responsible for operating within the gShield toolstack, performing alert triage, and identifying risks. Collaborating with security leadership, you will help tune detection logic and monitor for any security gaps. Additionally, you will assist in client onboarding and hardening efforts, ensuring that security measures are effectively implemented.
