Exclusively Remote is looking for a Level 3 IT Support professional to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing advanced technical support to clients, ensuring that their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work with a variety of technologies, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network configurations, to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex IT problems, managing network switching and VLAN configurations, and providing support for Fortinet firewalls. You'll also be expected to assist with DNS services and maintain documentation of your work. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in IT support, with a focus on network management and server support. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and have excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
