In this role, you will design, enhance, and support a critical platform that streamlines operations, improves compliance, and delivers seamless user experiences across the business. Requirements: Provide technical support for the following applications: * Control Exception Platform System \- a centralized solution that empowers branch colleagues to efficiently manage and resolve control exceptions linked to customer profile updates, transactional activities, and mandate document changes * Profile Manager System \- The Tool initiative is intended to digitise and automate the Integrated Channels profile management capability, replacing manual, paper based processes with a scalable digital solution Application Monitoring \& Performance Management * Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring and optimization * Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements * Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives * Analyse root causes of issues and implement sustainable fixes, including code updates and improvements * Conduct diagnostic investigations of program errors, and implement or recommend solutions or methodologies for resolution. * Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and overall platform efficiency Skills and Experience Required * 3 years' relevant technical experience. * C\# * Full Stack Developer * Angular * SQL * Design Patterns (MVC, Microservices) * API Designs * Unit testing, integration testing * Github * Other skills that are advantageous: o AWS (Associate Developer) o Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)**Job Description** DevOps * Apply critical thinking, design thinking and problem solving skills in an agile team environment to solve technical problems (Front End, Back End OR Middleware) with high quality solutions * Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle including * Evaluate analysis, problem definition, business requirements, solution development \& provide recommendations to enable the operational feasibility of solutions * Quickly produce well\-organised, optimized, and documented source code to deliver technical solutions * Ensure designs \& solutions support the technical organisation principles of self\-service, repeatability, testability, scalability \& resilience * Apply general design patterns and...
