In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a 24/7 production environment where the stability of our systems and the performance of our databases are critical to business continuity. You will work with live systems, ensuring they remain operational and resolving any incidents that may arise. Your day-to-day tasks will involve maintaining Microsoft SQL Server environments and ensuring they meet the demands of constant operational activity.
Your responsibilities will include: • Monitoring system health and proactively resolving incidents • Managing system updates, patches, and backups • Overseeing disaster recovery processes to safeguard data • Automating routine tasks to improve efficiency and support system monitoring enhancements • Ensuring data integrity and security across all systems
