As an IT Technician at MDI Consulting, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining customer software solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing first and second line technical support, both remotely and onsite, ensuring that clients have the assistance they need to resolve their IT issues effectively.
You will be responsible for supporting Microsoft 365 applications, which include Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Additionally, you'll implement and maintain IT security policies to protect client data and systems. Your expertise in Acumatica operational software will also be essential in delivering top-notch support to our clients.
