The Talent Room is looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join their team in Gauteng. In this role, you will provide essential support for various IT-related issues, ensuring that all hardware and peripherals are functioning smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting problems, assisting users with their technical queries, and maintaining IT equipment.
You will be responsible for: • Responding to IT support requests from staff • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues • Assisting with the setup and configuration of new devices • Maintaining records of support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system
This position is ideal for someone who has completed their Matric and holds an IT Diploma or Degree. You should have 1-3 years of experience in IT support, particularly with PC hardware and printers.
