Join Interfront SOC Ltd. as a Business Analyst and lead the charge on multiple projects. You'll be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and ensuring that all processes align with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities: ? Lead business analysis across multiple concurrent projects. ? Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements. ? Produce high\-quality documentation including Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specification, User Stories and Process Maps. ? Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions. ? Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams. ? Support SDLC phases including design, development, testing and UAT. ? Support the UAT process by providing guidance and clarifying requirements ambiguities. ? Maintain requirements traceability. ? Conduct gap analysis and process improvement activities. Key Deliverables ? Business and functional requirements documentation. ? Process maps and workflow diagrams. ? Stakeholder engagement outputs. ? Traceability matrices and UAT support artefacts. Governance, Risk \& Compliance ? Ensure all processes align with organisational governance, compliance, and audit standards. ? Maintain audit\-ready documentation for process changes and digital initiatives. ? Support internal and external audits by providing process evidence, metrics, and controls. ? Embed quality, risk management, and controls into process design. Qualifications \& Experience: ? **Relevant Degree / Diploma in IT, Business Analysis, Information Systems or related field; or recognised Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI\-PBA or equivalent).** ? **Minimum 10 years? relevant Business Analysis experience** within Software Application Development environments. ? Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously. Required Skills and Competencies ? Strong documentation and requirements specification skills. ? Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication. ? Strong analytical and problem\-solving ability. ? Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. ? Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. ? Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio. Behavioural Competencies ? Attention to detail. ?
