As a Senior Call Centre AI Engineer, you'll design and implement intelligent voice solutions for call centres. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in AI and telecommunications who enjoys solving complex problems.
In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and building intelligent IVR systems and call flows using 3CX and other technologies. Your expertise in Python and Voice AI will be crucial as you develop solutions that enhance customer interactions and streamline call centre operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI systems with existing platforms.
Your daily tasks will include designing architectures for real-time data exchange between AI systems and operational platforms. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems to improve performance and user experience. This position requires a strong understanding of SIP-based systems and predictive dialers, as well as the ability to work with large language models (LLMs).
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with at least five years of experience in AI and telecommunications.
