The **Intermediate Engineer** will be responsible for delivering end\-to\-end features and system components independently, applying sound engineering judgment and established best practices. This role ensures quality, reliability, and maintainability in delivery while contributing to process improvement and mentoring junior engineers. The Intermediate Engineer bridges tactical delivery and broader team influence. This position focuses on building scalable, reliable software solutions within a DevOps context. Candidates should be comfortable working with modern frameworks, cloud\-native tools, and agile delivery environments to deliver robust user experiences and business functionality. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 4 years experience in platform engineering or equivalent technical discipline. * Certifications in AWS, GCP, or similar. * Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, and Bash). * Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and hybrid environments (On\-premise) * Strong networking and identity management experience. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, version control and automated testing using tools like ArgoCD, Github Actions. * Solid experience in Kubernetes \& container orchestration particularly EKS. * Experience building infrastructure using IaC (Terraform). * Solid understanding of data structures, APIs, and performance optimisation. * Understanding of system architecture and component\-level design. * Experience working with observability and telemetry, tracing systems such as Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch and X\-ray. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?** * Design, develop, and operate internal developer tools and environments. * Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring systems. * Ensure that deliverables meet performance, scalability, and security standards. * Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on system architecture. * Collaborate with cross\-functional peers (Product, Design, QA) to refine requirements and align on delivery goals. * Support sprint planning...
