In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for a variety of software applications and hardware systems. You will also handle helpdesk support, assisting users with their technical problems and guiding them through solutions. Familiarity with Pastel software and Atera helpdesk systems will be beneficial, as will experience with CCTV systems, particularly Hikvision. Your expertise will help maintain a smooth operation within the company, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved promptly.
This role is best suited for someone with at least 10 years of IT support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
