We are a dynamic team of rebels and explorers on the lookout for a forward\-thinking Operations Administrator to join our team in Contermanskloof, Durbanville on our mission to help brands stand out where it counts. **OVERVIEW:** The Operations Administrator plays a key role in providing administrative support to both the Projects and Trucks teams. This involves managing a variety of tasks related to the execution of branding projects, truck surveying, and quote administration. The role ensures smooth administrative operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project execution from start to finish. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:** **PROJECTS: Administration \& Reporting** * Prepare photo presentations for new store openings, relaunches, and marketing rollouts, showcasing branding progress. * Assist in the research and analysis of processes to assess their efficacy and suggest improvements. * Provide administrative support to the Projects Coordinator, which may include survey processing, quoting, media distribution, financial reporting and other related tasks. * Ensure smooth coordination of all administrative aspects within the Projects team, including document handling, tracking, and reporting. **TRUCKS: Surveying Trucks** * Develop and distribute survey sheets for third parties conducting truck surveys. * Follow up with third\-party vendors to ensure surveys are completed on time and that targets are met. * Process survey data to identify trucks requiring branding and ensure all relevant information is captured. * Set up a survey presentation form for the Marketing team using Google Sheets. * Submit completed survey information to the Marketing department and ensure timely feedback is received. * Regularly update and maintain tracking documents to reflect the status of surveys and truck branding needs. **TRUCKS: Quotes and Administration** * Compile detailed and accurate quotes for truck branding applications, ensuring all size specifications and details are correct. * Actively follow up with relevant teams to obtain signed quotes for the printing process to begin. * Maintain accurate records of truck branding statuses on relevant tracking systems. * Assist with any ad\-hoc requests or special tasks related to the trucks and projects teams as needed. **WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:** * Matric Certificate is required. * A Marketing or Administration qualification is preferred. * At least two years of experience in a marketing or administrative role with comparable goals and responsibilities is required. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Strong planning and organizational abilities. * Solid numerical aptitude with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
