As a Senior Cyber Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization within the financial services, insurance, and lending sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage our cyber security initiatives, ensuring that our policies and practices are up to date and effective. You will lead a team of professionals, guiding them in implementing a comprehensive cyber security program that aligns with industry standards and best practices.
Your day-to-day work will involve evaluating our current cyber security policies and making necessary adjustments to enhance security adherence. You will also support the development of a long-term Cyber Security Strategy that spans 3 to 5 years, focusing on achieving and maintaining a target Cyber Security Maturity level for our VFS and DLS entities.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in cyber security and proven leadership skills. You should be proactive in identifying potential threats and implementing strategies to mitigate risks. A deep understanding of the financial services sector, along with experience in insurance and lending, will be beneficial in this position.
