Job Description Provide end\-user support on SAP Concur, while managing related financial, operational, and administrative processes for Anglo American **Key Responsibilities:** **Expense Management:** * Support SAP Concur processes, administer corporate cards and cash advances, follow up on submissions, and review and process claims in line with company policies, controls, and governance requirements. **Travel Administration:** * Provide travel support, manage booking\-related, and handle traveller profiles, invoicing, and expense coordination. **Mobile Administration:** * Manage mobile services, including user support, in line with policy, and document filing. **User Support \& Operations:** * Act as the first point of contact; deliver user training; troubleshoot system or workflow issues; and support stakeholders across all business. **Governance \& Compliance:** * Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy standards, and internal controls while contributing to optimisation, transition, and governance initiatives. **Travel Risk Support:** * Provide administrative support for travel risk management by maintaining accurate traveller data, validating documentation, updating systems and trackers, assisting during incidents, and escalating issues where required. **Safety, Health \& Environment** * Adheres to the SHE programme goals and objectives as stipulated by Anglo American policies and procedures.
