As a Data Analyst at Crisis24, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients by researching and resolving technical and data-related issues. Your day-to-day work will involve interacting with clients and travel agencies, ensuring their data needs are met, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will be part of the Business Integration team but will collaborate closely with various departments, including Implementations, Customer Support, and Engineering.
Your responsibilities will include providing timely data support, investigating technical issues, and documenting your findings in the ticketing system. You will also assist in managing data integration activities, which involves consulting with clients to understand their requirements and configuring products accordingly. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be handling sensitive data and ensuring compliance with data security policies.
This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of experience in data analysis or reporting, who possesses strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must, and familiarity with SQL and ticketing systems like Jira will be advantageous. You should be able to communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams, presenting your findings clearly and concisely.
