Your role will involve maintaining high availability and performance targets for the network infrastructure, ensuring that uptime remains at an impressive 99.99%. You will monitor the network closely, proactively resolving any performance issues that arise to keep operations running smoothly.
In this position, you will also conduct root cause analysis on network incidents to identify and rectify underlying problems.
