This includes working with DNS/DHCP, cabling, fibre routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
You will also manage backups, IT security measures, and malware protection to keep the systems secure. Configuring and supporting VOIP telephony systems and printing/scanning services will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support Automated Meter Reading (AMR) systems, which involves meter setup, diagnostics, and GSM modem configuration.
