As a Senior Scrum Master at Nedbank, you will play a crucial role in guiding multiple agile teams within the Technology division. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring that teams are productive and aligned with project goals. You will work closely with team members to remove obstacles and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will be expected to lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while also coaching teams on Agile best practices. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations will be vital to the success of the projects you oversee.
