iOCO is looking for a proactive ICT User Support Technician to join their team in Cape Town. In this role, you will provide essential support to users experiencing IT issues. Your main responsibility will be to assist users with their technical problems, ensuring they receive timely and effective solutions. You will work closely with other IT teams to escalate issues when necessary, making sure that all calls are handled within specified timeframes.
Day-to-day, you will be answering calls, responding to emails, and managing support tickets. You will also need to keep track of the status of ongoing issues and follow up with users to ensure their needs are met.
