As an IT Support Engineer at a growing IT services provider, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that clients receive top-notch support for their IT needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing both remote and onsite assistance, managing Microsoft 365 environments, and maintaining servers and network infrastructure. You'll also be involved in cloud projects and will need to proactively monitor and troubleshoot client systems to prevent issues before they arise.
In this role, you will be expected to have at least four years of IT support experience. Familiarity with outsourced IT or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments will be a significant advantage. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Windows Server environments and assisting with hosting environments that include WHM/cPanel.
