This role involves working with ServiceNow to implement and manage solutions that improve service delivery and operational efficiency. In this position, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions • Implementing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • Participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to a DevOps culture
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
