In the Facilities & IT Support role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping the office environment running smoothly while also providing essential IT support. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating maintenance, managing office upkeep, and assisting with supplier management. You'll also handle basic IT support, responding to tickets and escalating issues when necessary.
Your responsibilities will involve: • Supporting facility-related projects like office moves and renovations • Setting up and maintaining office IT equipment, including workstations and network devices • Monitoring IT asset tracking and ensuring proper documentation of equipment • Conducting network connectivity checks and reporting issues for escalation • Providing remote and on-site assistance for facility and IT-related matters at our Cape Town and Pietermaritzburg branches
