To be successful in this position, you should have a Grade 12 qualification and a relevant IT technical certification, such as A+. A minimum of four years of experience in an IT support role is required, particularly in a Windows environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace is also essential, as these tools are commonly used by staff.
