As a Senior IT Operations Engineer at iSanqa, you will be part of a dedicated Operations Engineering team within their global IT Hub. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the stability and efficiency of complex production platforms. You will leverage your expertise in Infrastructure as Code and cloud operations to drive the strategic Conformity of Production and enhance the quality platform landscape.
In this role, you will work with tools like Ansible and Terraform to automate environment provisioning and deployment pipelines. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing automated runbooks and integrating AI tools to streamline operations. You will also be involved in ITIL service transitions, ensuring that processes are structured and efficient.
This position is ideal for someone with at least five years of experience in IT operations, particularly in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for automation and improving operational processes.
