In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cloud infrastructure that supports their Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. You will collaborate closely with both development and data teams to ensure that deployments are seamless and that the system remains reliable and efficient.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing AWS services such as ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda. You will also oversee the Postgres database, exploring NoSQL options as needed, and implementing strategies for cloud cost optimization. Additionally, you will maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
