Pro Development Group is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Sandton. In this role, you will actively participate in and lead program and squad ceremonies, working closely with Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, and product owners. Your expertise in ServiceNow and Strategic Portfolio Management will be essential in driving the success of various projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating Agile ceremonies, gathering and analyzing requirements, and ensuring that the team is aligned with project goals. You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those into actionable tasks for the development team.
This role is well-suited for someone with at least five years of experience in business analysis, particularly within Agile environments. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and Strategic Portfolio Management is a must, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
