Nutun is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to spearhead the development of enterprise-scale AI solutions that enhance customer interactions through voice and digital channels. In this strategic role, you will be hands-on in designing, developing, and deploying AI systems that deliver significant business value for both Nutun South Africa and Nutun International. Your expertise will help shape the company's AI strategy and drive the implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
In your day-to-day work, you will lead the creation of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions. You will also architect and build AI voice bots and chatbots using modern conversational AI frameworks. Additionally, your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems, as well as AI-driven Quality Assurance systems tailored for African and low-resource languages.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in AI technologies and a passion for mentoring technical teams. You should have at least five years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions.
