As an IT Technician at MDI Consulting, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients both remotely and onsite. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, assisting with software development and configuration, and ensuring that customer software solutions run smoothly. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining IT security policies to protect client data and systems.
In this role, you will support various Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Additionally, you will provide operational support for Acumatica software, helping clients maximize their use of this platform. Your ability to think logically and solve problems will be essential as you navigate technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
