Rewardsco is looking for an Infrastructure SysOps Engineer to enhance and maintain our IT infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring that our server, storage, database, and cloud environments are resilient and efficient. You will be involved in managing both on-premise and cloud systems that support our contact centre operations, including telephony and CRM platforms.
In this position, your daily tasks will include: • Managing Windows Server clusters and Linux systems • Overseeing Microsoft Azure infrastructure and Hyper-V virtualisation • Maintaining HPE SAN and MSA storage platforms • Implementing Veeam Backup & Replication for data protection • Ensuring disaster recovery readiness and providing database administration support.
This role is best suited for someone with at least five years of experience in infrastructure or systems operations.
