This role involves leading the elicitation process, where you'll gather and document the needs of stakeholders to ensure the platform meets their expectations. You'll work closely with various teams to define product rules and update processes as necessary.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating user acceptance testing (UAT) cases and analyzing results to ensure that the product aligns with stakeholder requirements.
