Mindworx Consulting is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to take charge of the technical direction and architecture of our AI-driven projects. In this role, you will be deeply involved in coding and designing scalable solutions that integrate cutting-edge Generative AI and LLM technologies. Your expertise will guide the team in leveraging modern AI coding agents to enhance development efficiency and ensure high-quality code standards.
Your responsibilities will include establishing workflow standards for the team and overseeing the robustness and security of our continuous integration and deployment pipelines. You will also champion the use of AI coding assistants and agentic IDE tools, helping to accelerate development lifecycles while maintaining code quality.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in AI and machine learning, who is passionate about leading a team and driving innovation. You should have experience with third-party integrations, particularly with APIs like Twilio and Auth0, as well as familiarity with various LLM and Generative AI APIs such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
