As a Security Defence and Operation Lead, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the security measures of the organization. This position is perfect for someone with a strong background in incident response and security operations.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of the organization's cybersecurity efforts, ensuring that security measures are robust and effective. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the response to security incidents, working closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to identify and remediate threats. You will also oversee vulnerability management and ensure that security controls are continuously optimized to protect the organization from cyber threats.
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solutions and monitoring third-party security service providers to ensure they meet agreed service levels. Collaboration will be key, as you will work alongside IT, DevSecOps, and Compliance teams to maintain regulatory compliance and support business continuity efforts.
