MDI Consulting is looking for an IT Technician who is a logical thinker and can provide excellent technical support. This role involves assisting with software solutions and maintaining IT security policies.
As an IT Technician at MDI Consulting, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients both remotely and onsite. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with the development, configuration, and deployment of customer software solutions. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining IT security policies to ensure the safety of client data.
In this role, you will provide first and second line support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Additionally, you will offer support for Acumatica operational software, helping clients navigate any issues they may encounter. Your logical thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in diagnosing and resolving technical problems efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone with at least three years of experience in the IT field, who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You should be comfortable with both technical support and software solutions, and have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
